Apache Clerezza is an OSGi-based service platform for building RESTFul Semantic Web applications and services. It can be built from source or a downloaded as a snapshot.

Apache Clerezza features include:
* An API to access RDF Graphs
* A Jax RS implementation
* TypeHandlers: Jax-RS resources bound to an RDF type
* Renderlets to create various represenattions from RDF resources, ScalaServerPages allow to easily write renderlets in Scala
* WebId enabled (very early implementation...)
* Works with Jena,Sesame or Mulgara
* SPARQL enabled

The WebId Service is implemented by the bblfish clerezza clone.

Running Clerezza

    Clerezza can be run from the command line using the command:
  • java -Xmx512m -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Dfile.encoding=utf-8 -jar org.apache.clerezza.platform.launcher.tdb-0.5-incubating-20110126.160353-161.jar
